I was able to download the software and installed the program on my son’s computer, who just replaced his hard drive. I wanted Windows 11 Pro, I clicked on Windows 11 home. Before I could call, I received a call from Shawn about my error. he canceled the sale and refunding the cost once Microsoft can verify the activation key was never used.

I originally purchased the Windows 11 home edition but when I installed it it turned out to be the pro version and I was unable to activate it using the product key that was provided. After struggling with this over several days I called and spoke with a service rep. He suggested that I purchase the product key for the pro version which I did and I was credited for the price I paid for the home version. The service rep explained everything very clearly and he was very polite and cordial. I am very happy now.
